Service 01

Rust Removal from Steel & Iron

Strip rust and oxidation down to bare metal — without touching the steel beneath.

Rust Removal from Steel & Iron

Rust is inevitable on exposed steel and iron. Left untreated, it spreads, weakens the material, and makes coating or welding impossible. Laser cleaning removes it completely — fast, precisely, and without any abrasive contact with the base metal.

How It Works

A focused fiber laser beam is directed at the rusted surface. The rust and oxidation absorb the laser energy and are vaporized. The steel beneath reflects the beam and is left completely undamaged. The result is clean, bare metal — ready for coating, welding, or use.

Common Applications

Structural steel beams and columns
Equipment frames and machinery
Trailers, gates, and fencing
Agricultural and industrial equipment
Pipelines and storage tanks
Automotive and vehicle components

Why Laser Cleaning

No abrasives

No grinding, sandblasting, or wire brushing — the base metal is never contacted.

No chemicals

Dry process — no acids, solvents, or hazardous waste.

Precise control

Laser intensity is adjustable — effective on light surface rust through to heavy oxidation.

Ready for coating

Surface is clean and profile-ready for paint, powder coat, or protective coatings immediately after.

Service 02

Concrete Cleaning

Restore concrete surfaces to their original colour — without chemicals or pressure damage.

Concrete Cleaning

Concrete absorbs everything — grime, biological growth, efflorescence, and years of traffic staining. Pressure washing helps but rarely gets it all. Laser cleaning removes embedded contamination at the surface level, restoring concrete to its original appearance.

How It Works

The laser beam passes over the concrete surface, vaporizing organic matter, biological growth, and surface contamination. Unlike pressure washing, there's no water saturation, no chemical runoff, and no risk of surface erosion. The concrete is left clean and dry.

Common Applications

Residential driveways and walkways
Patios and outdoor entertaining areas
Commercial parking lots and loading areas
Warehouse and industrial floors
Sidewalks and public spaces
Concrete retaining walls and foundations

Why Laser Cleaning

No water saturation

Dry process — no flooding, no runoff, no waiting for surfaces to dry before use.

No surface erosion

Unlike high-pressure washing, laser cleaning doesn't erode or pit the concrete surface.

No chemicals

Safe for surrounding landscaping, drains, and the environment.

Removes what pressure washing can't

Service 03

Oil & Stain Removal

Petroleum stains that have soaked into concrete — removed at the surface level.

Oil & Stain Removal

Engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and other petroleum products penetrate deep into concrete pores. They're resistant to pressure washing and most chemical treatments. Laser cleaning breaks down and removes these stains from the surface without chemicals or abrasives.

How It Works

The laser beam targets the hydrocarbon compounds in the stain, breaking them down and vaporizing them from the concrete surface. The process works on both fresh and long-set stains. No chemical degreasers are required, and there's no runoff to manage.

Common Applications

Residential garage floors
Commercial service bays and workshops
Fleet maintenance yards
Parking structures and lots
Loading docks and industrial floors
Fuel and equipment storage areas

Why Laser Cleaning

No chemical degreasers

No hazardous chemicals, no runoff into drains, no disposal requirements.

Works on set stains

Effective on both fresh spills and long-set petroleum staining.

No surface damage

The concrete surface is not etched, eroded, or altered by the process.

Environmentally safe

Dry process with no liquid waste — safe for drains and surrounding areas.

Service 04

Paint & Coating Removal

Strip paint, coatings, and graffiti from concrete and masonry — the substrate stays intact.

Paint & Coating Removal

Removing paint from concrete and masonry is notoriously difficult. Chemical strippers are messy and hazardous. Grinding damages the surface. Laser cleaning removes only the coating — the substrate beneath is left completely intact.

How It Works

The laser targets the paint or coating layer, which absorbs the energy and is vaporized. The concrete or masonry beneath reflects the beam and is unaffected. The process is precise enough to remove a single coat without disturbing the layer beneath it.

Common Applications

Graffiti removal from concrete and masonry
Paint overspray on concrete surfaces
Coating removal for surface preparation
Line marking removal from parking lots
Epoxy and sealant removal
Heritage and restoration projects

Why Laser Cleaning

No substrate damage

Only the coating is removed — the concrete or masonry beneath is untouched.

No chemical strippers

No hazardous solvents, no fumes, no chemical waste to dispose of.

Layer-precise removal

Can remove a single coat without disturbing underlying layers or the substrate.

Clean and dry

No wet slurry, no residue — the surface is ready for recoating or use immediately.
